"Sarfaroshi ki tamanna ab hamare dil me hai, dekhna hai zor kitna baazu-e-Amnesty me hai": ED alleged Amnesty India is ‘kingpin’ of Breaking India forces, routed Rs 51 crore violationing FCRA to “fund anti-national activities in guise of export of service

ED further noted that the aim of AIIPL was to generate public outrage using media pressure and build pressure on political parties. They used media, TV and radio along with RTI to mobilise public support for its campaigns

India has been under continuous attack from known and unknown enemies. The ‘Breaking India’ forces are operating both from outside as well as inside the country. The concept of the 2.5 front war by late CDS Bipin Rawat also hinted at this sinister and synergetic plan of India’s enemies. In the name of foreign donations and charity to Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), several foreign entities are carrying out nefarious agendas within the country.

Thankfully the Indian law enforcement agencies have been successful in foiling all such nefarious agendas of these Breaking India forces.

Amnesty India ‘kingpin’ of Breaking India forces

India has been on a continuous path of progress and reclaiming its original stature on the world stage. This has invited the wrath of foreign institutions like the Open Source foundation of George Soros to hinder India’s path. They want India to be governed according to their whims and fancies. Their agendas include arming the insurgent and secessionist groups within the country; sabotaging India’s economic progress and carrying out conversion at an industrial scale.

Amnesty International which was one of the kingpins in carrying out such anti-India agendas in the name of Human Rights has been thoroughly exposed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

On 9th July, the ED filed a prosecution complaint against Amnesty International India Pvt Ltd (AIIPL), Indians for Amnesty International Trust (IAIT). It has also charged former AIIPL CEOs G Ananthapadmanabhan and Aakar Patel in its complaint. It should be noted that a prosecution complaint is equivalent to a charge sheet. In this prosecution complaint, the financial investigating agency has accused the aforementioned institutions and individuals of money laundering.

In its submission to the special court in New Delhi, the ED informed the court that Amnesty International UK funneled over Rs 51 crore to fuel “anti-national activities” in India. It accused the UK arm of the organization of routing this large sum of money to its Indian arm violating Indian laws. According to the prosecution, the accused funded anti-national activities in the guise of “export of services”.

The ED highlighted two dangerous projects of Amnesty to undermine India’s interest. ‘Kashmir: Access to Justice’ and ‘Justice for 1984 Sikh Massacre’ were two key projects of the international NGO to carry out falsehoods against India to malign India’s image.

Subsidiaries an eye wash to continue ‘anti-national’ activities

In its charge sheet, the ED detailed the timeline and purpose of setting up various arms of the Amnesty group. According to ED, Amnesty International India Foundation Trust (AIIFT) was set up in 1999, to further its activities in India. The NGO was given prior permission in 2011-12 when Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) legally came into force.

However, the government agencies kept flagging the work of these associate arms of Amnesty which forced the government to revoke its permission. To bypass the law and continue its alleged anti-India activities the Amnesty group set up IAIT, a non-profit organization in 2012, and AIIPL, a for-profit commercial entity, in 2013.

As per the ED charge sheet, both IAIT and AIIPL had a similar set of office bearers, operated out of the same building. In its entirety, AIIPL had transactions only with one major client: Amnesty International UK.

The ED said AIIPL received Rs 36 crore (including Rs 10 crore FDI) from Amnesty International UK. In exchange, it offered “export of services” in which it prepared Human Rights reports on various issues, organized campaigns, and other technical services.

According to ED, this all was an eye wash. In the name of commercial activities, it circumvented FCRA laws to carry out NGO work. The ED termed all this money amassed by IAIT and AIIPL as proceeds of crime.

With the detailed transaction history and other incriminating documents, the ED has tightened its grip on the so-called Human Rights champion. The ED has shredded the modus operandi of such anti-India institutions. As the investigation progresses, the agency will expose the internal enemies who helped these Breaking India forces. The so-called liberals and media coterie who create hue and cry over Human Rights should shun their agendas, especially after their kingpin Amnesty International counts the last days of its freedom. Those who work against the interest of India should wake up otherwise their fate would be the same as that of Amnesty and its top bosses like Aakar Patel.

Aakar Patel: The man behind Amnesty International India and its anti-India propaganda

It is interesting to note here that the influential organization has been working in India with a clear prejudice against anything Indian. It has been actively involved in widespread anti-India propaganda on a range of issues. It's executive director, Aakar Patel has been particularly vocal as far as vicious propaganda against India is concerned. He is the face of the deep and obnoxious anti-India and anti-Hindu agenda that the organization pursues passionately and rabidly. Amnesty International India and Aakar Patel have time and again come up with columns that expose their intrinsic hatred for India.

Aakar Patel has been one of the strongest propagandists of the fake narrative of “Hindu terror”. In one of his articles, Aakar linked Giriraj Singh’s comments on Indian obsession with white skin to extremism and terrorism by Hindus. This points to his uncanny ability to blow things out of proportion and twist statements into an entirely different dimension, all to his anti-India or anti-Hindu narrative.

In yet another article, Aakar Patel came up with the theory that most extremists in India are Hindus and not Muslims. There is no pressing empirical data to suggest that, but that doesn’t seem to bother him. This is actually as preposterous if not more, as Rahul Gandhi suggesting that he was afraid of Hindu extremists and that they were a bigger threat than the terror outfit LeT.

In yet another laughable article Aakar Patel tried to incriminate Bollywood for not taking sides and maintaining silence during the grim times of “intolerance”. However, this is grossly misleading, as Bollywood has since long, been an industry famous for its pro-Congress indoctrination. Several Bollywood flicks exalted the Congress leaders, and others even supported the leftist liberal ideas of soft support for the “misguided Kashmiri youth” and international Islamist terror by justifying it, when they should have condemned it with exuberance.

Bollywood routinely peddles the leftist propaganda that police and armed forces are chock-full of rapists and sadistic personnel who find great pleasure in violating human rights. They have also been critical of the incumbent government with indirect barbs but looks like Aakar Patel wants to take it to the next level altogether by publishing articles that go against the basic norms of common sense.

In yet another piece aimed at tarnishing the image of Hindus and India, Patel claimed that Indians harbor majoritarianism like their “brothers” in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. However, till now it was buried under the rug due to the angelic influence of the great Congress regime. This is a highly misleading and disgusting notion that Aakar strives to create and propagate. India is unique in the sense that most of the political parties survive only on account of minority appeasement, as they have been known to bloc vote. India is the very antithesis of majoritarianism, the political spectrum to date, harbored a deep prejudice against the majority. It is trite that despite the minority rights advocates going overboard, the likes of Aakar Patel still label India as a majoritarian.

However, the biggest example of Amnesty International India’s anti-India stance has been its comments on the recent UNHRC report about the alleged human rights violations in Kashmir. While no one was paying any heed to this highly biased report, Aakar Patel commented, “this welcome report reaffirms the demands of various domestic and international human rights organizations for Indian and Pakistani authorities to deliver justice, for past and ongoing human rights abuses and protect the freedom of the people of Kashmir.” All this goes on to show the obnoxious prejudice that Aakar Patel-led Amnesty harbors against India. This is a clear indication of the connection between the generous foreign funds that the organization receives and its obvious anti-India stand.
