"कम्बख्त इश्क": Muslim wife Amina plotted with lover Amaan to frame husband Wasim in fake beef cases twice, but police exposed the conspiracy and nabbed Amaan as she dramatically fled the Allahabad High Court chaos

Lucknow: Wife Frames Husband in Cow Slaughter Plot to Unite with Lover; Police Uncover Conspiracy

In a disturbing case that reads like the script of a dark crime thriller, a woman in Lucknow orchestrated a chilling and meticulous conspiracy to send her husband to prison, not once, but twice. Driven by a desire to remove him from her life and unite with her lover, Amaan, she weaponized the law against her own spouse.

The police have since exposed this “nefarious plan,” revealing a web of deceit where the wife plotted to frame her husband, Wasim, in a cow-slaughter case. Her objective was clear: to incarcerate him so she could freely be with another man, who even adopted the persona of "Rahul" to manipulate a local Hindu organization into acting against the husband.

The drama reached a fever pitch on 20th January (Tuesday), when three police officers entered the Allahabad High Court premises to take the woman into custody. In the ensuing chaos, she managed to flee, leaving the officers to face suspension and trespassing charges for their unauthorized entry. While she remains at large, her lover Amaan has been arrested.

The Origins of a Digital Affair

Vishwajeet Srivastava, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Lucknow West), revealed the backstory of this illicit relationship. The woman and Amaan became close after meeting on Instagram approximately two years ago. Their digital courtship turned into a real-world affair, as Amaan, a resident of Bhopal, would often travel to Lucknow to see her.

The police investigation highlights a stark contrast between the accused's educational background and their criminal actions. According to the senior officer, the woman possesses a postgraduate degree in English literature from the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University, while Amaan holds a BTech in computer science. The victim, Wasim, is a businessman working in the paper sector, unaware that his own home was the epicenter of a plot against him.

The First Attempt: A Betrayal in September

The conspiracy to frame him was conceived in last August, a strategy designed to provide the wife with grounds for divorce and simultaneously put him in jail. The plan was executed with cold precision. Amaan used a fictitious name to join Bajrang Dal, infiltrating the group to use them as a tool for their scheme.

Afterwards, he concealed 30 kilogrammes of meat in Wasim’s Mahindra Thar in September as it was parked in a Hazratganj parking lot in Lucknow. The betrayal was absolute; the woman had provided him with the keys to her husband's vehicle. Once the contraband was planted, Amaan alerted the Hindu activists. As expected, the meat was located after the Lucknow office bearer of the group notified the authorities.

The plan initially seemed to work. Wasim was arrested and thrown behind bars, facing severe social and legal consequences. However, he was released on bond after a month. It was later disclosed to be planted, casting doubt on the legitimacy of the recovery.

The Second Attempt: Electronic Deception

Her carefully crafted plan failed to achieve the desired results—Wasim was out of jail, and the divorce was not finalized. Undeterred, she came up with a different strategy. This time, she leveraged technology to create a digital trail incrimating her husband. An online reservation was made of a supply vehicle by her using the spouse’s phone. She shared the details and OTP with Amaan, who brought 12 kilograms of cow meat when he reached Lucknow on 14th January.

The logistics were handled with specific detail. An address in the Old City region of Lucknow was provided to the e-rickshaw to collect a gunny bag with a packed consignment. The drop-off point was intentionally chosen near Wasim’s factory in Kakori. Amaan used his connections to contact the Hindu group, which forwarded the information to the authorities.

On 15th January, cops from the Kakori police station halted the rikshaw and seized the beef. Police apprehended Wasim and took him to the police station because the rikshaw’s owner possessed both his and the wife’s mobile number.

The Unraveling: Caught on Camera

During interrogation, Wasim maintained his innocence. The former was questioned, and he disclosed a crucial piece of information: he had put CCTV cameras in his home because he believed she was having an affair. This suspicion proved to be his salvation.

Police examined the cameras and uncovered that two days prior to the instance, the woman was using Wasim’s cell phone for the OTP while he was in the washroom. The footage provided undeniable proof of her access to his device at the critical moment. They also unveiled that she had then gotten in touch with Amaan upon further probe.

Inspector Satish Chandra Rathore of Kakori police station provided a detailed account of the methodology used by the lovers: “Amaan using the husband’s identity documents booked the online porter from Aminabad to Kakori. The beef was transported from Bhopal, concealed inside a cardboard box and stealthily loaded onto the vehicle. To ensure swift police interception, Amaan tipped off Bajrang Dal members under a fake identity of Rahul.”

Further investigation verified the premeditated nature of the crime. According to reports, the two accused met on 31st December, obtained a SIM card in a beggar’s name to arrange the delivery and formed the plan.
(For verified coverage of this incident, authentic reports such as those from the Times of India confirm the timeline and the details of the Kakori conspiracy involving the planted beef and the husband's arrest).

The Aftermath and Manhunt

The entire case was busted as the authorities established that the wife and her partner were behind the conspiracy to trap Wasim and pressure him into divorcing him. On 18th January, police mentioned that they set up a trap and captured Amaan who confessed to the crime, but the woman had already escaped from the residence.

The situation escalated into a high-stakes standoff at the judiciary level. She was reported to be meeting a lawyer at the high court campus, after which a police squad attempted to catch her there. The personnel provided fake information and made it to the advocate’s chamber, leading to chaos. The woman was present there, but the intervention backfired. Meanwhile, the attorneys protested and demanded action against the police for their conduct within the court premises. She took advantage of the uproar and disappeared. Now, the search continues for her.
