In a chilling development from Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh, a grave case of unauthorized occupation and alteration of homes designated for the economically disadvantaged under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has surfaced. It has been discovered that "members of the Muslim community have taken over 125 residences illegally" in the region. These dwellings have undergone illicit modifications, transforming them into mosques, tombs, and venues for exorcisms, complete with the construction of domes.
The saga of illegitimate construction, taking the form of a mosque-like structure known as "Chilla Mubarak Darbar" within the confines of a government-provided residence in Devrikhurd of the Torwa area, continues to unravel day by day. A particularly sinister finding was reported on Wednesday: numerous "photographs of girls and women" were discovered within the premises, marked ominously with crosses and circles. This discovery has sparked widespread alarm and speculation about the intentions behind these markings. In response, law enforcement is actively working to identify the individuals in these photographs.
Amidst this alarming situation, a man stepped forward, revealing that his and his wife's photographs were among those found. This revelation has plunged the family into deep distress, leaving them sleepless and anxious. "He could not understand how the picture of him and his wife reached Chilla Mubarak Darbar." Disturbed by the thought of being targeted, he has demanded a thorough investigation by the police, insisting that the individuals responsible for disseminating his photographs, as well as those conducting the exorcisms, be held accountable.
Furthermore, the investigation has uncovered photographs of numerous Hindu girls and women within the mosque-like edifice, marked with symbols indicating "a target woman and a dead woman." These macabre markings have intensified the urgency of the police investigation, as authorities work diligently to unravel the full extent of this deeply unsettling case.

Shockingly, these residences have been transformed, with one particular home morphing into a mosque-like edifice, ominously named Chilla Mubarak Darbar. This place, now a hub for exorcism and other murky activities, has drawn the authorities' attention. Following a complaint about this illegal encroachment, the local Municipal Corporation stepped in, demanding the removal of the mosque-shaped construction. The landlord, complying with the directive, dismantled the contentious dome and other unauthorized structures. However, the discovery of numerous photographs of Hindu girls and women, ominously marked with crosses and circles within this setting, has sent ripples of alarm, prompting a detailed police probe into these mysterious markings and their intent.

Chandan Moolchandani, a youth, has been particularly distressed after finding his and his wife's photograph among those unearthed at Chilla Mubarak Darbar. The photo, dating back eight months to a time when prospects of marriage were being considered, holds an innocent memory. However, its presence in such a sinister place has cast a shadow over the couple, married only two months ago. Moolchandani is now haunted by the thought that their photograph might have been placed there for some malevolent ritual. The discovery has plunged the entire family into a state of dread, prompting urgent calls for an investigation and demanding justice against such frightening manipulations.
The old man said - the relative had given the picture, so that the relationship could be established again
In a haunting revelation, an elderly man's photograph emerged among the eerie finds at Chilla Mubarak Darbar, sparking fear and disbelief. The man, hailing from Raipur and choosing to remain anonymous, recounted the chilling moment he learned his image was entangled in this web of exorcism and shadowy rituals. The discovery sent shockwaves through his family, unraveling a tale of estrangement and superstition. It was unveiled that a relative, in hopes of mending fractured bonds, had placed his photo within the foreboding walls of Chilla Mubarak Darbar. This act, fueled by belief in the dark arts, aimed to resurrect a connection long severed, casting a spell of unease over the old man's existence.
Police is searching for the people of the picture
Amidst this unsettling scenario, the police have embarked on a quest to uncover the identities behind the faces in the found photographs. With a focus on the images of girls and women, investigators are piecing together their stories, striving to understand the journey of these photos into the heart of Chilla Mubarak Darbar. The challenge looms large as some, shrouded in fear of societal judgment, remain hidden in the shadows, reluctant to step forward. The police emphasize that unraveling this mystery hinges on these individuals' courage to reveal their stories, promising only then can the full scope of this disconcerting affair come to light.
Shadowy Rituals Uncovered: Operator of Chilla Mubarak Darbar Detained
In a chilling development, authorities have zeroed in on the individual at the helm of Chilla Mubarak Darbar, following a wave of unsettling revelations. Summoned by the police, the Muslim youth responsible for operating the Darbar provided a statement that peeled back another layer of this mysterious saga. He revealed to the officers that individuals plagued by illnesses and various troubles sought refuge and solutions within the Darbar's confines. A sinister detail emerged about the photographs adorned with crosses and circles; it was disclosed that these marks signified the unsuccessful resolution of the seekers' woes. With his statement recorded, the police also received corroborating accounts from others, propelling the investigation into deeper waters.
The intrigue intensified when journalists, drawn to the site by the unfolding story, found themselves engulfed by a hostile crowd. The operator of Chilla Mubarak Darbar, alongside his kin, faced aggressive confrontations from locals, culminating in a brazen attempt to seize their camera equipment. This incident is not an isolated one, as clashes with the press have marred the Darbar's history. Outraged by these acts of intimidation, the aggrieved journalists have taken their grievances to the Torwa police station, seeking justice against the backdrop of this macabre tale.
In an ominous twist to the tale, the discovery of an illegal dome erected within the Prime Minister's residence, doubling as Chilla Mubarak Darbar, has sent shivers down the spine of the local community. This revelation surfaced in the wake of a minor girl's vanishing, thrusting the illicit structure into the spotlight. Faced with mounting scrutiny, the operator took it upon himself to dismantle the dome, attempting to quell the rising storm of controversy.

The police, sensing the gravity of the situation, have escalated their response, adopting a heightened state of vigilance. A dedicated squad has been assembled to delve into the heart of this enigma, scrutinizing every facet of the case. The investigation is not only focused on the tangible but extends to gathering technical evidence, aiming to piece together the puzzle and unearth the full extent of the truth behind these disturbing events.
Amidst the swirling mists of mystery, the retrieval of photographs depicting girls and women from a residence within the Prime Minister's domain has added a new layer of intrigue. The individual at the center of the Chilla Mubarak Darbar has been summoned, faced with a notice compelling his cooperation in the ongoing investigation. The authorities are meticulously piecing together the narrative, determined to uncover the hidden realities ensconced within the walls of the Darbar.
Shadows of Fear: Hidden Agendas of Love Jihad to target Hindu girls
In a turn of events that has stirred the local community, Dhananjay Giri, a committed Hindu activist, has been at the forefront of uncovering a deeply unsettling situation. Giri, known for his vigilance and dedication to the welfare of his community, has brought to light a series of incidents that have raised concerns about the safety and harmony within the locality.
The story begins in the early days of February, when a 13-year-old girl vanished without a trace from her neighborhood. This disappearance sparked fear and anxiety among the residents, leading to a community-wide search. The breakthrough came when Giri, through his efforts, revealed that the girl had been abducted by Imran Mohammad, a relatively new tenant in the colony. Mohammad's intentions and actions cast a shadow over the community, leading to an urgent response from the local police. With Giri's involvement, the authorities were able to locate and recover the girl on February 10. Despite this success, Mohammad remains at large, eluding capture and adding to the prevailing sense of unease.
During the investigation into the girl's disappearance, Giri and others stumbled upon a site resembling a Mazar. Inside, they discovered photographs of numerous girls and women, each marked in a peculiar manner. Some bore circles, others crosses, and a few were tagged with the haunting phrase “Intkaal Ho gaya” (Now Dead). This macabre discovery suggested a grim undercurrent of activities at the site, prompting Giri to take immediate action. He meticulously documented the evidence and approached the district administration with a memorandum, calling for a comprehensive probe into these worrying findings.
Further investigations revealed that among the men's photographs found at the Mosque, several belonged to members of Hindu organisations known for their outspoken stance against unlawful Islamic activities. This revelation added another layer of complexity to the unfolding drama, hinting at a web of inter-community tensions.

The authorities responded by conducting a thorough search of the Mazar. Upon verification of the documents associated with the site, they decided to demolish the structure, marking a decisive action against the irregularities uncovered. The caretaker of the Mosque is currently under investigation, with police teams working diligently to gather more information about the identities and stories behind the photographs found.
On February 21, an examination of the documentation held by residents in the area revealed further inconsistencies and irregularities, deepening the mystery and concern surrounding the case.
Giri highlighted a disturbing trend of property encroachment in the region, which has seen many Hindu families being displaced from their homes. According to Giri, the Mazar was erected over the properties of two Hindu families. When these families attempted to reclaim their homes, they were met with threats and coercion, forcing them to abandon their rights and leave.
Shadows of Unsanctioned Muslim Structures Cast Over Community
In a recent unsettling development, Ajay Suravanshi, a dedicated Hindu activist, has shone a spotlight on the emergence of structures within the community that bear a striking resemblance to Islamic religious sites. His revelations include photographs of a Mazar-like building positioned conspicuously along the roadside and another structure, resembling a shop, that is marked by the presence of Islamic flags. These findings have stirred concerns among the locals, pointing to a pattern of unauthorized construction activities within an area that was meant to provide housing support to the economically disadvantaged under government welfare schemes.
The issue of illegal religious construction has become a focal point of contention within the colony, as captured by photographs shared by Suravanshi. Although the local authorities have acted against the mosque identified earlier by dismantling it, the individual responsible for its upkeep has managed to avoid capture. The police force, meanwhile, faces the challenge of clearing out residences that have been illegally occupied. The occupants, identified by community members as Islamists, are under scrutiny, with their true identities yet to be fully uncovered.
The situation is further complicated by allegations from local residents, who claim that the controversial occupants are "Rohingya Muslims." These individuals are reportedly using languages that are distinct from Chhattisgarhi, the region's local language, adding another layer of complexity to the community's growing unease. This series of unauthorized constructions and the presence of individuals with unclear backgrounds have cast a long shadow over the neighborhood, prompting calls for a more thorough investigation and resolution to the matter.

Chhattisgarh Crisis: Unlawful Seizure of 125 PM Awas Homes by Muslims, Forced Evictions, and Mysterious Exorcisms
In Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, a disturbing situation has emerged with homes intended for the impoverished under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. It's been discovered that 125 of these homes have been unlawfully taken over by individuals from the Muslim community. These homes have undergone transformations, with domes being constructed around them, turning them into mosques, tombs, and even venues for performing exorcisms.
Back in 2013, as part of the Prime Minister’s housing initiative, the Housing Board built 400 residences in Ward 43 Devrikhurd, on the fringes of the Municipal Corporation’s jurisdiction. Out of these, 335 were allocated to families lacking proper housing. The remaining 65 houses were locked up by the Municipal Corporation but were later occupied by outsiders who broke in.
The situation took a darker turn when 60 families, out of those initially allotted residences, faced threats and were forcefully evicted from their homes, which were then illegally occupied. Subsequent to this occupation, unauthorized constructions began on these properties, with domes being erected to alter their appearance and identity to that of Islamic structures. This eerie transformation was followed by the commencement of exorcism practices, adding a layer of mystery and fear to the already tense situation.
A report from News 18 unveils a chilling practice within the Bilaspur PM Awas housing scheme. Exorcisms are reportedly being conducted in homes numbered 199 and 200, which now bear the eerie titles of Shankar Dharu and Sukhdev. These houses are said to be under the control of an individual named Zakir Khan, with claims circulating that Rohingya and Bangladeshi Muslims are living in these spaces.
Local residents express concern, noting that a significant number of homes built under the Prime Minister's housing initiative have changed hands through sales, despite clear rules against such transactions. They highlight a concerning issue: around 125 properties in the vicinity have been taken over illegally, and there's a constant influx of unknown individuals into the area.
BP Singh, who leads the Housing Board Colony, points out the emergence of a tomb-like structure within the housing scheme in recent years, which has become a gathering spot for anti-social behavior. He observes that individuals from Talapara frequent this site for alcohol consumption. According to Singh, the area is now home to people from Bangladesh and Uttar Pradesh, many of whom have not undergone proper verification.
Singh raises alarms over the lack of essential identification documents among many residents, such as voter IDs and ration cards. He reveals that requests have been made to the Municipal Corporation Administration to scrutinize the identities of those living in the area and to take decisive action against illegal residents. Furthermore, efforts have been made to petition the administration for the removal of the tomb structure, indicating a community in distress over the unauthorized changes and activities taking place in their midst.
Amid growing concerns, Suresh Barua, the Executive Engineer of the Municipal Corporation, has stepped forward to address the alarming reports of illegal construction within the Prime Minister’s housing project in Devrikhurd. He firmly declared such unauthorized modifications to the allocated homes as intolerable, promising that decisive actions, including the demolition of these structures, will be taken once the residents have been properly notified.
As the situation intensifies, Barua reiterated his awareness of the illicit activities disrupting the Prime Minister's housing initiative in Devrikhurd. He emphasized the inappropriateness of altering the intended construction plans of these residences. Barua assured that, following the issuance of notices to the occupants, the unauthorized constructions will be dismantled, restoring the integrity of the housing scheme.
Apart from that, an instance of Love Jihad has come to light here. Imran deceived a 13-year-old girl and took her to Uttar Pradesh. However, because of the efforts of Hindu organisations, the girl was found by police on February 10, 2024. In the present scenario, the police are investigating the incident by filing a FIR. Meanwhile, Imran, the accused, is on the run.
As the shadows of a housing crisis loom large over India, the incident in Bilaspur emerges, casting a chilling reflection on the nation's struggle for shelter. The government, in a recent revelation, unveiled plans to build an additional 2 crore houses under the PMAY Scheme in the next five years. This ambitious blueprint is designed to empower those living in rented dwellings, particularly the middle class, to secure their own homes. This initiative is a beacon of hope, aiming to address the dire need for affordable housing and boost the morale of middle-income families.
The real estate industry, buzzing with anticipation, awaits further announcements. Experts believe that the upcoming union budget will unveil measures to soothe the sector's woes. The expansion of the PMAY Scheme is seen as a vital step towards rejuvenating the affordable and mid-housing market, opening doors for countless aspiring homeowners.
Confronting Challenges and Looking Ahead
In the midst of government efforts to make housing accessible, the events in Bilaspur cast a long shadow, underscoring the hurdles that lay in the path. The priority remains clear: ensuring that these homes reach their rightful owners, undisturbed by illegal claims or occupancy. Adding to the turmoil, an alleged incident of Love Jihad adds a complex layer to the region's challenges, involving a young girl misled by a man named Imran, who remains at large.
With the community on tenterhooks and law enforcement in pursuit of justice, the narrative extends beyond just housing. It touches upon the essential need for safety, justice, and the establishment of a harmonious society. As the government navigates through these turbulent waters, the ultimate aim of securing affordable, safe homes for those in need shines as a guiding principle.
The unfolding drama in Bilaspur, juxtaposed with the government's ambitious housing plans, paints a picture of a nation at a crossroads. Balancing lofty goals with the gritty realities on the ground, the journey towards fulfilling the dream of home ownership for millions is fraught with challenges. Yet, it is these very trials that will define the roadmap ahead, potentially transforming the landscape of Indian housing forever.
