In a harrowing incident, Geeta, a resident of Nibiya village, was in a mustard field with her one-year-old daughter when Mohammad Bhondu Rehman, a 50-year-old man from the neighborhood, horrifically abducted her, and brutally raped her

One year old girl raped in Bahraich: 50 year old man brutalized her, referred her to Lucknow for treatment

In a heart-wrenching incident that has sent shockwaves through the village in the Nanpara Kotwali area of Bahraich, a one-year-old girl became the victim of an unimaginable act of violence. The accused, a middle-aged man belonging to the Muslim community, has been arrested following allegations of brutally raping the young child. The gravity of the situation has compelled the local law enforcement to take immediate action, with the man now under interrogation to unravel the details of this horrifying event.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Vrinda Shukla, addressing the media, confirmed that the distressing incident occurred within the Nanpara police station's jurisdiction. The revelation of such a crime happening in a community, especially involving the most vulnerable and innocent among us, a child barely a year old, has left the public in disbelief and horror.

The details of the incident are as chilling as they are repulsive. Mohammad Bhondu Rahman, identified as the perpetrator and son of Kallu Rahman, is said to have lured the toddler from a field on Saturday afternoon with the promise of toffee. What transpired next is a stark reminder of the depravity that exists in society, as this man, who is nearly of grandfatherly age, betrayed every semblance of human decency. The brutal rape left the young girl in a state no one would ever wish upon another human being, let alone an innocent child, with reports indicating she was found drenched in blood.

The community is in a state of shock, grappling with the reality of such inhuman behavior exhibited by a man who should have been a protector, not a predator.

The appalling narrative of the brutal rape of a one-year-old girl in the Nanpara Kotwali area of Bahraich takes an even more grim turn, as further details emerge about the heinous act perpetrated by Bhondu Rehman. This man, nearly of an age with grandparents, shockingly committed an act so vile that it defies understanding. The rape resulted in severe physical torture to the young girl, causing her to bleed and necessitating urgent medical attention. She was swiftly taken to the district hospital in a critical condition, underscoring the severity of her injuries.

The girl's mother, Geeta, from Nibiya village, recounted the horrifying moments that unfolded while she was in the fields with her daughter. The child, innocently playing near her mother amongst the mustard crops, became the target of an unthinkable act of violence. A 50-year-old man, known to live in the vicinity, executed a chilling plan by silencing the girl and abducting her, before brutally raping her. The mother's discovery of her daughter's screams led her to the scene of the crime, where she managed to rescue her daughter from the perpetrator's grasp and immediately alerted her family to the nightmare that had unfolded.

In response to this monstrous act, local law enforcement acted swiftly, registering a case against Bhondu Rehman. The charges reflect the gravity of the crime, incorporating both the rape and violations under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, signaling the commencement of a rigorous investigation aimed at ensuring justice for the young victim.

Superintendent of Police Vrinda Shukla provided an update on the girl's medical condition, indicating that after initial treatment at the district hospital, her condition was stable enough to warrant further examination. However, due to the seriousness of her injuries, she was referred to Lucknow for a comprehensive evaluation by pediatric specialists. This decision underscores the commitment of the authorities to ensure the child receives the best possible care and highlights the long road to recovery that lies ahead for her.

The community and the nation are left to grapple with the shock and disgust at such an act of barbarism, especially against a defenseless child.

In a display of unwavering commitment to justice, Superintendent of Police Vrinda Shukla personally visited the village affected by the inhuman brutal rape on the young girl in Bahraich, demonstrating leadership by example. During her visit, SP Shukla conducted a thorough investigation of the incident and issued directives to the Kotwali police, emphasizing the need for stringent action against the perpetrators. The presence of CO Rahul Pandey, Kotwal Mithilesh Kumar Rai, and other officials during this critical time highlighted the collective resolve of the law enforcement to address and curb such acts of violence.

The arrest of the accused following the police complaint by the victim marks a critical step towards addressing the crime. SP Shukla's statement that the accused is being interrogated is a reassurance of the law enforcement's dedication to uncovering the truth and ensuring that justice is served.

Chapter 22 of Hadith Collection Sahih Muslim

(one can find the online version here, and verify every word: http://www.theonlyquran.com/hadith/Sahih-Muslim/?volume=8&chapter=22)

AL AZL (INCOMPLETE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE): COITUS INTERRUPTUS

Book 008, Number 3371:

Abu Sirma said to Abu Sa’id al Khadri (Allah be pleased with him): 0 Abu Sa’id, did you hear Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) mentioning al-‘azl? He said: Yes, and added: We went out with Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) on the expedition to the Bi’l-Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing ‘azl (Withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid-conception). But we said: We are doing an act whereas Allah’s Messenger is amongst us; why not ask him? So we asked Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him), and he said: It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.

Explanation: The Muslim men (at the time, it was a relatively small band of men, led by Mohammed) had captured several non-Muslim Arab women. Remember, at that time, Arabia was still largely non-Muslim, and Mohammed led 72 raids (or ghazwas) to these non-Muslim tribes. These raids are described in the Hadith—mostly they involve killing the men, capturing the women, and looting the wealth of the non-Muslims.

In this particular Hadith, the fate of such captured women is described.  The Muslim men want to rape them, but they also want to sell them as slaves later.  Therefore, they do not wish to impregnate them.  So they decide to rape them using Al-Azl. But when they seek Mohammed’s advice, they are told Al-Azl is not mandatory.

If the doctrine arrived at from the above Hadith has no qualms with raping captured non-Muslim women, what is the problem with something like Love Jihad.  Indeed, does not Love Jihad seem much more benign than the situation in this Hadith?

Due to this, and other Hadiths like this, Islamic sharia law gives Muslim men sexual rights over captured non-Muslim women.  Namely, the man may rape this captured non-Muslim woman as he likes.  Recently, we saw ISIS putting this into practice.  Thousands of non-Muslim Yazidi women were used as sex-slaves much as in the situation depicted in this Hadith.
