"Whitewash and whataboutery": Discover how an ideologically biased Islamo-leftist ecosystem systematically buried the horrifying truth about the sexual abuse and forced religious conversion of Hindu staff at Nashik TCS to shield Muslim criminals

For those who observe this ecosystem closely, it is entirely expected for them to stand firmly by the indefensible.

Quiet Deflections: How Certain Media Ecosystems Ignored the Harassment and Targeting of Hindu Workers at a Nashik IT Firm to Protect the Accused

The deeply unsettling racket involving religious conversion and sexual harassment at a Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) center in Nashik, Maharashtra, has sent shockwaves across the nation. This disturbing event has brought to light serious concerns about potential, larger-scale conspiracies currently operating within the country, deliberately targeting unsuspecting Hindu men and women in their professional workspaces. Following a thorough investigation, law enforcement filed nine separate First Information Reports (FIRs) in connection to the case.

This led to the prompt arrest of seven individuals: Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, and Ashwini Chanani. Meanwhile, another key suspect, Nida Khan, continues to evade police capture.

With each passing day, more troubling details are emerging from the investigation, highlighting the deep extent to which these Islamist individuals were actively working within the corporate environment to isolate and prey upon their targets. Yet, because the accused individuals belong to the Muslim faith, a familiar pattern has emerged. The so-called Islamo-leftist factions have swiftly crawled out of their ideological hideouts to defend their co-religionists and political allies, a reaction that sadly mirrors their response to almost all similar incidents in recent history.

For those who observe this ecosystem closely, it is entirely expected for them to stand firmly by the indefensible. They have a long, documented history of sanitizing even acts of blatant terrorism. Consequently, it seems that any crime committed by Muslims is systematically whitewashed, its severity minimized, or the event outright denied. This is often done at the direct expense of Hindu lives and dignity. In this narrative, Hindu victims are treated merely as stepping stones for a much larger, nefarious political agenda, while the perpetrators are shielded and allowed to serve as the executioners of this ideology.

Media Groups Align to Downplay the Struggles of Hindu Victims and Protect the Accused

Major digital publications like "The Wire"—a platform known for seizing upon any convenient issue to turn it into a divisive talking point against Hindus—completely failed to publish a single report on this massive event. This deafening silence mirrored the editorial stance of other prominent "liberal" media houses, including The Quint and Scroll.

Instead of reporting the facts, the ecosystem's leading propagandist, Arfa Khanum Sherwani, swiftly took to public platforms. She immediately invoked the religious identity of the accused to craft a narrative of victimhood for them. To give credit where it is due, this predictable tendency is a foundational hallmark of their entire ecosystem: every single criminal offense is first analyzed through the lens of the perpetrator's religion to decide whether the crime warrants severe denunciation or if it should be quietly downplayed.

Displaying a startling and complete indifference towards the actual victims of the crime, Sherwani asserted that the entire Nashik incident was simply a manufactured plot designed to “make even the few who’ve secured jobs in this majoritarian system unemployable.” Her primary contention deliberately sidesteps the deep trauma, harassment, and torture inflicted upon Hindu women by the accused. Instead, she focuses entirely on challenging the legal and professional consequences that these men rightfully deserve for their criminal actions. One must ask: should predators from her community be granted a free pass to continue abusing Hindu women with total impunity? By shifting the focus away from the victims, Arfa appears to be slyly advocating for exactly that.

Faye D’Souza, widely regarded as a beloved and trusted source of news for liberals and leftists, eventually decided to wake from her deep slumber of journalistic ignorance to finally report on the Nashik BPO issue. However, she did so entirely without the customary gravitas, outrage, or shock that she usually reserves for even the most trivial happenings in her daily posts. Unsurprisingly, D’Souza focused her reporting on carefully obscuring the names of the accused individuals. For this faction, loyalty to their shared ideology will always take precedence, and the fundamental dignity, safety, and well-being of Hindus—both male and female—hold absolutely no importance or concern.

Taking the narrative manipulation a step further, Nasreen Khan crafted an elaborate story that read more like a script for a low-budget film. She disguised this fiction as mere "rumors among TCS employers," with the clear intent to not only glorify the accused but also to allege a grand conspiracy against the Muslim men involved. She confidently insisted, “Some Muslims at TCS had achieved great success through their hard work. These handsome boys who were growing in the company had friendly relations with their junior Hindu female colleagues. This did not sit well with some Hindus in the company, who were jealous of their progress,”

She continued her narrative by claiming that the work environment at the company was highly commendable and that the holy month of Ramzan was deeply respected under the leadership of the Muslim Human Resources (HR) manager. According to her tale, this harmonious setup greatly agitated the male Hindu staff. She alleged that these jealous Hindu employees then contacted the Bajrang Dal and the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) under the false pretext of "love jihad," leading to a coordinated attack on the manager, which subsequently resulted in the accused men being unfairly nabbed by the police. Her incredibly lousy and transparent storytelling might have been somewhat amusing if the underlying issue of workplace sexual harassment were not so severe, or if her ultimate objective to completely exonerate her Muslim brethren were not so deeply devious.

An Unlikely Expert Emerges to Clear the Names of the Perpetrators

The campaign to protect the accused saw even more bizarre participants, such as tattoo artist Shyamli Panda, who seamlessly joined the coordinated effort. Acting far outside her professional depth, she first demanded to know, “What exactly do they gain from this forced conversion,” before authoritatively announcing to her audience, “In Isl, there is no compulsion in religion, whether by coercion or force.” Panda then proceeded to present a convoluted argument, stating that any invitation for religious conversion could have simply been dismissed by the victims. She stressed that the Islamic practice of offering namaz is a highly complicated affair that requires specific, clean attire, precise physical steps, and the recitation of exact verses that the victims would have needed to strictly follow. She questioned how it was logistically feasible for the offenders to pressure these women into such complex rituals while they were simultaneously rushing to prepare and perform their own prayers within a very limited break period at work.

Taking her defense to absurd lengths, she further proposed, “Third, eating beef doesn’t make you Muslim, nor does it take you out of the Hindu faith. Not to mention, it’s increasingly hard and almost dangerous to obtain beef in the countryside,y so why would they waste this food on people who don’t want to eat it?”

Shyamli vaguely suggested that sexual assaulters are simply bad actors who can belong to any religion. However, styling herself as a self-proclaimed Islamic expert—or at least presenting her statements with that level of unearned authority—she added that individuals who actively engage in “Dawah” (the act of inviting non-believers to Islam) are strictly “chaste and never harass women.” Following this logic, she stated that the culprits in the Nashik case were either inherently bad Muslims—“in which case, why would they bother with the conversion nonsense, or they’re bad men who behaved reprehensibly,y”—and should therefore just be held legally accountable as individuals, totally separate from their faith. But she quickly abandoned this brief moment of reason, revealing her true ideological colors. Behind her preposterous and frankly nauseating buildup, she finally expressed her main point: “This is yet another attempt at dehumanising Muslims in this country.” One must assume Shyamli has been living under a rock to be this blissfully oblivious to the bloody history of Islamic invasions, or to ignore how highly religious, deeply devout individuals have historically created some of the world's most dreaded terror organizations. Groups such as the Islamic State, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)—whose chief, Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, also notably runs the "Jamaat-ud-Dawa" (JuD)—operate strictly on religious doctrines. Are they simply using Islam to murder innocents and perpetrate mass terrorism, or is that too just a grand conspiracy against people who have a profound adherence to their religion?

By her logic, the rapidly dwindling minority populations in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Afghanistan must have just somehow vanished into thin air, as their sharply declining numbers surely cannot be attributed to systemic oppression, violence, or forced conversions by religious radicals in those countries. Furthermore, she implies that the violent jihad in Kashmir, the tragic exodus of the Kashmiri Pandits, the horrific gang rape and murder of Girja Tickoo, and countless other atrocious crimes might all just be elaborate fabrications aimed solely at tarnishing the pristine image of the Muslim community. In all sincerity, her purposefully spiteful and historically blind comments are barely even worthy of a logical response.

Confronting Islamo-leftists with historical or present truth is much like trying to forcefully awaken someone who is only feigning sleep. They are already fully aware of the facts, yet their minds are deeply predisposed to solely endorsing their own propaganda, completely regardless of the sheer insanity or imbecility reflected in their public reasoning.

Empty Defenses and a Surge of Victim Blaming Narratives

The push to protect the accused was bolstered by Faheem Khan, an individual who claimed to have worked in the Information Technology field for five years. Leaping to the defense of the demographic in question, he remarked, “Muslim men in IT are among the most disciplined, hardworking, and resilient professionals. They stay calm under pressure and consistently deliver at a high level.” He painted a glowing picture, mentioning that these employees only politely wish for a little time and space to perform their daily namaz, and even selflessly remain late at the office to guarantee that their work is finished if the project schedule is tight.

“In return, companies get people with strong integrity, reliability, and long-term commitment,” Khan added. Afterward, he briefly pointed out that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been officially formed by the police and stated that the actual truth will surface after their rigorous inquiry. However, in stark contrast to others in his camp who hastily proclaimed the accused men entirely innocent, Khan took a different route. He astutely attempted to absolve them of their serious offenses by universally lauding Muslims as the absolute best, most moral employees. He based this sweeping defense entirely on a contrived narrative stemming from his own unverified "personal experience." On the other hand, the hard, verifiable facts of the actual conversion network in Nashik did definitively validate how Hindu women were subjected to immense religious pressure and sexual abuse over a span of several years.

Adding to the chorus of denial, Irena Akbar, a former "journalist," actively sought to misrepresent the entire BPO incident. She did this by strongly implying that Muslims in India are currently being unfairly singled out simply for utilizing their education and taking up valid job opportunities. This kind of rhetorical spin is not unusual for an extremist who is widely known for aggressively distorting reality to suit a specific political goal. Akbar also took direct aim at the female police personnel who bravely went undercover at the TCS firm to successfully bust this dangerous syndicate. She openly mocked the authorities, stating that the police's attention should instead be focused on maintaining general law and order, rather than wasting time eavesdropping on private office discussions.

The reality is that the brilliant, proactive actions of the police successfully derailed this conversion bogey before it could reach its final, destructive station. Exposing the perpetrators has clearly frustrated commentators like Akbar, ultimately leading her to publish such nonsensical and defensive statements.

Yet another anonymous account jumped into the fray, labeling the lawful arrest of the accused as a massive, coordinated conspiracy to “target Muslims in the private sector just as they were discriminated against in government sector jobs.” Unsurprisingly, the person offering this theory had absolutely no empirical evidence to support his wild allegations. Furthermore, these claims directly oppose the blatant, historical appeasement of the community through both specific personal laws and the numerous special welfare programs extended by the government designed specifically to facilitate and uplift minorities. However, as is always the case in this ecosystem, actual facts are completely irrelevant when crafting propaganda.

The narrative then shifted to fear-mongering, with claims that corporate HR policies would soon be entirely governed by Hindutva ideology, and that Muslims would be unfairly penalized. They drew parallels to the alleged issues Muslims encounter in the housing sector—a narrative that is largely manufactured. This grievance would not even exist if these individuals directed their efforts toward finding suitable accommodation within their own communities, instead of heavily concentrating on portraying a faux, perpetual perception of societal discrimination.

Moreover, they indicated that all educated Muslims would inevitably endure severe professional repercussions in the days ahead because of this single incident. To this ecosystem, the strict prohibition of sexual harassment or the legal consequences for the coercion of others to adopt Islam is apparently viewed as a severe, targeted injustice. These elements seemingly demand the unchecked liberty to commit such crimes; if they are stopped, they are fully prepared to cry "Islamophobia" and loudly claim that the entire corporate and legal system is rigged by Hindutva forces.

Final Thoughts

The Islamo-leftists, much like the aggressive caste warriors of modern politics, have always been notably and purposefully selective in their public outrage against crimes and criminals. They will react with overwhelming strength and vitriol even to a minor, albeit completely false, reference to Hindus—a tactic fabricated in many instances specifically to tarnish the reputation of the majority community. However, when presented with real, documented instances of crimes committed against Hindus, they reliably choose one of two paths: they either stay completely silent, or they embark on a dedicated, public mission to absolve the offenders of all guilt.

This is not a new phenomenon. This exact pattern has been evident repeatedly over the years. Its latest, tragic illustration was the brutal murder of 28-year-old youth Tarun Kumar in Delhi, where this exact same media group attempted to viciously attack the victim's character following his horrific lynching, simply to protect the narrative of the perpetrators.

This is a time-tested, highly effective strategy for them, and they are highly unlikely to deviate from it anytime soon. While legal conviction in a civilized society is strictly based on judicial procedure and further police probes—as is currently happening in the Nashik case—this ecosystem stubbornly refuses to acknowledge the very existence of workplace sexual harassment when the victims are Hindu. They maintain this denial even after the absolute truth was revealed and corroborated by undercover police officers.

Ultimately, the truth will continue to be a tragic casualty in the face of their relentless, well-funded disinformation campaigns. They will endlessly persist in projecting themselves as the ultimate victims of society, all while eagerly providing clean chits to the accused criminals who happen to hail from their cherished community. This specific ecosystem has never once hesitated to offer its full support to known terrorists or hardened criminals, even long after their guilt has been legally and publicly established.

Hence, it is completely unreasonable for anyone to expect them to suddenly turn over a new leaf and offer support to Hindu victims. They will always refuse to do so, driven by their perpetual, deep-seated, and shared animosity towards the Hindu religion and its millions of adherents. In their world, every single piece of content—whether it is a fleeting social media post or a comprehensive news article—is rigorously scrutinized through a strict ideological lens. The only thing that matters to them is assessing how relevant the tragedy is to advancing the long-term interests and political goals of their gang.
