The proprietor of the Khan Global Studies (KGS) Institute located in Musallahpur Hat, Patna, Faizal Khan, finds himself embroiled in fresh controversy following serious allegations levelled by a woman who claims he issued direct threats against her life. Interacting with media personnel on Wednesday (26th August), the complainant, identified as Husnara Khatun, formally submitted an official complaint at the Pirbahore Police Station in Patna, Bihar.

Up to this point, however, no First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against Faisal Khan, widely known across the country as Khan Sir, regarding the matter.

Detailing the background of the dispute, Husnara Khatun explained that her acquaintance with Faisal Khan dates back to 2017, the period when he first launched a coaching institute in the Naya Gaon locality. According to her account, Khan was romantically involved with her roommate, Sabina Khatun. The complainant, who originally hails from Uttar Pradesh, stated that Khan frequently arrived at their rented accommodation to spend time with his girlfriend on Sundays and during his days off. This arrangement created severe disruption and distress for her, as Khan would reportedly bolt the door from the inside to remain alone with his partner. Consequently, Husnara Khatun was forced to wait outside the premises or spend seven to eight hours stranded on the terrace until he decided to open the door.

Khatun further stated that Faisal Khan consistently refused to unlock the door even when she repeatedly knocked. When she raised firm objections against this repeated behavior, Faisal Khan allegedly subjected her to sustained harassment and issued grave warnings, threatening to have her framed, put behind bars, or killed.

“My roommate, Sabina Khatun, was his girlfriend, and in 2017 he used to visit our room every Sunday and on every day off. We objected to this, which led to two months of frequent fights and disputes between us, as well as police involvement. He tried every possible way to kill me. Khan Sir was my roommate’s boyfriend, which is why he used to come to the room. He would lock the room and stay inside with Savina Khatun. Even when we knocked on the door, they would not open it, and we would have to stay outside or on the terrace for seven to eight hours. Because of this, he harassed me a lot…” Husnara Khatun stated while recounting the ordeal.‘If an Innocent Like Ajmal Kasab Could Hang, You Too Can Be Imprisoned’

Elaborating further on her experiences, Husnara Khatun mentioned that the confrontation between her and Faisal Khan persisted over a span of several months, during which she was subjected to continuous intimidation and warnings. She recounted that during one of these confrontations, when Khan threatened to orchestrate her imprisonment, she pushed back by asserting that she had committed no offense and could not be locked away without having done anything wrong.

In response to her defense, Faisal Khan allegedly cited the case of convicted terrorist Ajmal Kasab, who was executed by hanging following his trial and conviction for his direct role in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. According to Khatun's statement, Khan described the terrorist Ajmal Kasab as ‘innocent’ and argued that if Kasab could face execution on the gallows despite being innocent, she could easily be arrested and jailed regardless of her innocence.

Addressing questions regarding why Faisal Khan was targeting and threatening her, Khatun stated that his actions stem from her knowledge of several personal matters and secrets related to him. She also accused Khan of taking her money without consent and placing fabricated telephone calls to her relatives, falsely claiming to them that she was currently locked up in jail. “He pretends to be charitable and claims to help the poor, yet he stole my ₹4500. If he was really the nice man he claims to be, he should have returned my money,” she asserted, adding that Khan's intimidation eventually compelled her to vacate her accommodation and ultimately leave the city altogether.

Stating that she remains in severe fear for her personal safety, Husnara Khatun voiced her concerns by arguing that if Faisal Khan could allegedly orchestrate the elimination of the brother of his professional competitor, Roushan Sir, an ordinary person like her has little ability to defend herself. Prompted by these apprehensions, she sought official intervention by approaching the Pirbahore Police Station to demand police protection. The local police authority took cognizance of the matter and formally recorded her statement. Providing an official update on the procedural steps taken, Patna Town DSP Rajesh Kumar confirmed that the complainant lodged a formal petition at the Pirbahore police station highlighting threats to her safety, and noted that an official inquiry into the claims has been initiated.

Past Allegations Surrounding Khan Sir

Prior to these recent claims, Faisal Khan faced serious accusations from Roshan Anand, the director of the competing “Gyan Bindu” coaching academy, who alleged Khan’s involvement in the death of his brother, Prince Yadav. Yadav’s body was recovered under suspicious and unexplained circumstances inside a hotel room in Nepal in June of this year. Notably, Yadav had previously been named as an accused party in a shooting incident that occurred at Khan’s coaching facility. Raushan Anand and Faisal Khan operate rival institutes that prepare students for competitive government examinations in the region. Anand has formally claimed that Khan, alongside other associates, engaged in an elaborate criminal conspiracy aimed at targeting and destroying him and his family.
