The incident of rape with the victim has been confirmed in the medical examination. It is being told that the accused youth belongs to the Muslim community and he has been arrested and sent to jail. Police have started further action in the matter.
In the written application, the victim's father has told that when the victim was returning home late at night after seeing the fair, Salman Ansari, a boy from the neighborhood of the house, forcibly took her to his house and carried out the incident of misbehavior with her. When the victim came to me crying, she narrated the whole incident.
It has been said in the application that when his father and family members went to the house of the accused boy to register their protest in anger, the relatives of the accused youth Salman Ansari beat him up.
Araria SDPO Pushkar Kumar said that the victim was sent for medical examination where the incident has been confirmed. SDPO said that the accused has been arrested and sent to judicial custody.
The name of the accused youth is Salman Ansari. Confirming the incident, Investigation Officer and Araria Mahila Police Station Maneka Rani informed about the incident. He told that the accused Salman has been arrested. Since the matter is between two communities, the police are also engaged in taking action in the matter with great caution.
After this incident between the two communities, the tension in the village where the incident took place is still intact. Former Bharatiya Janata Party district president Alok Kumar Bhagat told that the victim is a Mahadalit; the accused belongs to the Muslim community. He said I demand from the administration that there should be no tampering in the medical report so that vigilance should be kept.
Araria SDPO Pushkar Kumar said that no one can escape after this heinous and misdemeanor incident and an investigation is being done thoroughly. The accused has been sent to judicial custody. 19 Sep 2022 (abplive.com) - The body of a minor girl was found naked on Monday morning in a village in the Raniganj police station area of the district. The relatives have expressed the possibility of murder after the rape. The age of the child is around 9 to 10 years. She had gone to see Jitiya's fair next to her on Sunday. His body was recovered on Monday morning. His cloth was lying at some distance near the dead body.
As soon as the information of the incident was received, Raniganj police station in-charge Kaushal Kumar, SI Ruby Kumari, ASI Hridaynarayan Singh, and other police forces reached the spot. Police sent the body to Araria Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The FSL team reached the spot late on Monday evening. Relatives told that when the girl did not return home till late at night, they did a lot of searches but she was nowhere to be found. In the morning, his dead body was found lying naked on the way to the field next to a deserted house at some distance from the house.
Traces of blood were also found at two places at the spot. The relatives had taken the dead body from the spot to their home. Sadar SDPO Pushkar Kumar said that the matter is being investigated. For the dog squad and forensic investigation, the team will collect samples and investigate the matter in a scientific manner.
On this matter, Araria MP Pradeep Kumar Singh condemned the incident and said that with the change of power in Bihar, the morale of the criminals has started increasing. As a result of this, incidents of rape of minor girls are happening like this every day. He demanded the arrest of the culprits in the case as well as strict action.
